Salman spoke in length about Emraan on the music launch of Preity Zinta’s ‘Ishkq in Paris’. He said, “Emraan Hashmi is the most under-rated hero. He should get his dues. He is giving hits after hits today. He is the most celebrated name. I like him and his work”. Both the actors are definitely bankable when it comes to delivering hits, as both of them have delivered back-to-back success. While Salman had it big with ‘Dabangg’, ‘Ready’, ‘Bodyguard’ and the just released ‘Ek Tha Tiger’, Emraan’s ‘Dirty Picture’, ‘Jannat 2’ and ‘Raaz 3’kept the cash registers ringing. On the success party of ‘Raaz 3’, Emraan was reported to have said that he’s no Salman Khan and comparisons are unjustifiable. To him, Salman is a league apart and his fan base is way too bigger. Being compared to him is a big honour in itself. Wonder if Salman’s appreciation was genuine or just a complementary return?
