Saif and Kareena somehow managed to squeeze in some time from their hectic schedules to spend some quality time together.

The busiest actress of B-Town, Kareena has reportedly completed shooting for her part in the Aamir Khan starrer Talaash directed by Reema Kagti and she has even got a few days before Madhur Bhandarkar’s Heroine next schedule commences. The Chote Nawab, Saif was also busy with his home production Cocktail along with Deepika Padukone. It may be recalled that prior to this Saif and Kareena were busy shooting for Saif’s home production, Agent Vinod for almost an entire year. So this was a much needed break for this hot and happening couple.

According to a source “Saif and Kareena have been working round-the-clock since past couple of months. After shooting for Agent Vinod, they got busy with the film’s promotions. Kareena later began working on a tight schedule between Aamir Khan starrer Talaash and Madhur Bhandarkar’s Heroine. She’ll soon start work on Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film and promotions of Talaash. It’s the same with Saif, who’ll get busy with Cocktail and its promotions. The duo has headed on a short one-week break.”

So where do you think have this lovers headed to- Switzerland, Paris or some other romantic destination?
