Following the new fad in Bollywood many successful actors have started their own production house. Many of our stars go out to starting their own production banner so that they can choose films and subjects that are close to their hearts. Here’s a look at actors who have successfully turned producers.
The King of Bollywood after introducing his own production house named Red Chillies Entertainment in 2004 has produced many hits such as ‘Main Hoon Na’, ‘Om Shanti Om’, ‘My Name Is Khan’ and recently ‘Ra.One’. The company has five sub divisions: apart from film production, REC has a visual effects studio known as Red Chillies VFX, a studio for TV commercials known as Red Chillies TVC, a Television program production division under the name of Red Chillies Idiot Box and an equipment leasing division.
